ASSEMBLY
We assemble and adapt your hydraulic components
Most of our production takes place in our own factories in Skövde and we also have an assembly unit in Stockholm. This means that we can offer design, manufacturing and assembly of the best possible quality – in a flexible and customer-optimized manufacturing process.
Something we are constantly working on is to improve and develop our own processes in order to deliver maximum benefit to you as a customer.
Clean room
– Hydraulics for sensitive environments
– Hydraulics for sensitive environments
At our assembly unit, all valves are handled in a clean room – an environment that meets the high purity requirements of Volvo STD 107-0002, but also the corresponding standard for our customers Cargotec and Väderstad.
All liquid systems contain particles of varying sizes and in new systems, unwanted particles are particularly common. If the particles are not removed, the consequences can be devastating and shorten the lifespan as well as the function and reliability of the product.
The trend in the automotive and engineering industries is moving towards stricter purity requirements for purchased and self-manufactured components. Cleanliness requirements are more than just text on a drawing, it is a way of working that affects the entire manufacturing process.
One step in achieving today’s and tomorrow’s requirements for cleanliness in systems, and their separate components, is that all our handling of valves takes place in a clean room environment. This prevents the spread of pollutants and unwanted air flows.
