Customer Journey Part 4: Delivery and Follow-Up

In the previous parts of our series, we have taken you through WTB Controls’ comprehensive process – from the initial customer contact and custom design to production, assembly, and quality control. Now, in the final part, we focus on the delivery of the products and the crucial follow-up with our customers to ensure everything functions as expected and that our customers are completely satisfied.
1. Packing and Delivery
Once production and assembly are complete, and the product has passed all quality checks, it’s time to prepare for delivery. Each product is carefully packed to protect it during transport. We use sturdy packaging materials and techniques to ensure the product reaches the customer in perfect condition.
All necessary documents are included, and the products are clearly labeled to facilitate receipt and installation. Based on the customer’s location and needs, we select the most efficient and reliable shipping method. We collaborate with trusted logistics partners to ensure fast and secure deliveries.
2. Delivery to the Customer
When the products have been packed and the documentation is complete, they are sent to the customer. We provide tracking information so the customer can follow the delivery in real-time and know exactly when to expect their order. Our logistics partners ensure that the products are handled with care throughout the transport process to avoid damage.
3. Sales Team Follow-Up
After delivery, it is crucial for us to ensure that our customers are satisfied and that the products function as expected. Our sales team contacts the customer shortly after delivery to confirm that the products have been received and are in good condition.
We conduct a customer satisfaction evaluation by asking about their experience of the entire process, from initial contact to delivery. The feedback is valuable to us and is used to improve our future processes and products.
4. Long-Term Customer Relationship
Our work does not end with delivery. We strive to build long-term relationships with our customers and therefore maintain regular contact to ensure the products are functioning as they should and to offer additional support or service if needed. We also inform our customers about new products, upgrades, and technical innovations that may be relevant to their needs. Our technical support and customer service are always available to assist with any questions or issues that may arise.
By ensuring careful packing, secure delivery, and thorough follow-up, WTB Control can guarantee that every customer not only receives a high-quality product but also a secure customer experience.
