Are you our next Design Engineer?
We are now looking for a self-driven and responsible Design Engineer to join us at WTB Control – someone who wants to be part of shaping the next phase of the company’s development. Here, you’ll take on a central role in a technology-driven organisation where you quickly become an important part of the team. The position is based in Falköping.
In this role, you will be offered a rewarding and developing position with extensive new design work and product development of completely new solutions for exciting clients. Your main focus will be on designing hydraulic manifolds and related equipment, but also other hydraulic components and larger systems.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have solid technical understanding and practical experience. You are meticulous, structured, and analytical – qualities that enable you to solve complex tasks with precision. You work independently, learn quickly, and take initiative, while also being socially skilled and comfortable maintaining active dialogue with both customers and suppliers.
